Isaac Wade
Isaac Wade continues to be incredibly excited about working with Patrick Redden and all of the fantastic artists at Tsunami Radio Theater. He started performing in musical theater as a child and studied theater at MSSU in Missouri before moving to LA. When he was in college he did a production of 1940s Radio Hour, a musical about a group of actors during WWII trying to keep the hopes of all of the troops and their families in America alive. That was technically his first introduction to radio theater as the entire musical takes place in a 1940s radio studio, with a live audience. ...continued
He played Wally, the delivery boy who dreams of performing on the radio and gets his chance at the last minute when one of the actors drops out. Upon arriving in Los Angeles a few years after that show, Isaac was fortunate enough to get a call from Patrick at Tsunami Radio Theater and was cast in his first Tsunami production Fallout. He has been lucky enough to continue working with the group and is proud of all of the work he has done with them. Isaac can also be seen onstage at the Powerhouse Theater in Santa Monica as a member of the Los Angeles Theatre Ensemble (www.latensemble.com). He has appeared in several of their productions, including Quixotic as Arthur Quick/Sir Quixotic, I, Gelosi as Guilio Pasquati, Adeline's Play as Buddy Walters, The Heretic Mysteries as Bishop Jacques Fournier, In the Company of Jane Doe as Dr. Snafu, and Trog & Clay: An Imagined History of the Electric Chair as Trog.
"I have absolutely no idea what we're doing here, or what I'm doing here, or what this place is about, but I am determined to enjoy myself, and very intrigued... and, oh my, this soup's delicious, isn't it?"
Tony Kee
Raised in Chicago, Tony Kee moved to Los Angeles in his early teens where he eventually managed to turn his tendency to mimic accents and slip into silly characters into something productive. Now a prominent actor with the Tsunami Radio Theater, his winning personality and tremendous versatility have landed him roles in comedies and dramas for the group. He’s played Zeus in Wild or Tame, the gladiator, Dimetrius in Pax Romana, Spencer Martingale in The Property Of…, and Adam #2 in 2 Adams. Tony really does his best work in Tsunami’s full-length and short comedies where the character freedom allows his versatility to really shine. His passion for acting has led him to take on parts in a number of pilots and English dubs of foreign films. Tony feels fortunate to be able to use his extraordinary voiceover talents with the group, and hopes to do so for many years to come.
